HQ staff is essential in the structure, strategy and organisation of the game.

A. HQ STAFF – Volunteer 100%

You are a veteran in airsoft, you like the game, but you don’t want/can’t run through the woods anymore and you have organizational skills. We offer you the opportunity to be part of the HQ staff.

You will be part of the HQ staff throughout the game and will benefit from a 100% ticket discount.

Players wishing to volunteer to be part of the faction HQ are asked to send us their intention by email to staff@overload.com.ro

Selected persons will be notified by the organizers and will be in direct contact with the faction HQ.

B. HQ STAFF – Volunteer 50%

You are a player and have organizational and leadership skills. You can be part of the HQ staff.

They will have to be part of the HQ staff for a maximum of 10 hours during the game and will receive a 50% ticket discount.

Players who wish to volunteer to be part of the faction HQ are asked to send us their intention by email to staff@overload.com.ro

Selected persons will be notified by the organizers and will be in direct contact with the faction HQ. These tickets are not transferable.

C. HQ STAFF – player

As in previous years, at registration, each club must designate a number of players who will be “HQ Staff Officers” during the event.

Club of 1 – 5 men = 1 man designated for HQ

Club of 6 – 10 men = 2 men designated for HQ

Club of 11 – 20 people and over = 3 people designated for HQ

From these commanders will select the HQ command structure (X.O. + HQ 2 + HQ 3)

1. Job description for Deputy Commanding Officer (X.O.):

– follows the plan outlined by the C.O.

– communicates with position two and position three in the command structure

– communicates with the organisers (ORGA)

– determines missions with the deputies and transmits them to units and sub-units

2. Job description for HQ officer – rotation and communications:

– communicates C.O. and X.O.

– ensures communications between HQ and field units

– works with the rotation schedule of platoons and groups

– tracks field and time disposition of units – status of units/groups; disposition to objectives; accomplishment of missions

– communicates and prepares the entry and exit of units/groups in and from the field

3. Job description for HQ officer – logistics:

– communicates C.O. and X.O.

– obtains and analyses field information on people and machines

– ensures the management of machines “in range

– executes orders to the organ for materials needed by troops in the field

– ensures distribution of materials to field units
